Will the Army still accept me?????

this is Tory bf. I've had shoulder sergury an knee sergury in the past an will prolly have another shoulder sergury soon ( on my other one) my doctor said I'll be able to do everything again(ex run pushup situps) will this DQ me from the army? They are plactic screws no metal if that matters?
