Lowrider ACCESSORY help?

What are those things that you stick in the window of an old car to work as a makeshift ac unit on an old car. they are roughly cylindrical in shape and you put cold water in them to cool down the inside of an old car. Also where could I get one. i want to get one for a 1963 Chrysler Newport.
