What do i do now?I have been humiliated.help me plzz?

Last weekend i had gone out for a trek.Now the reason iwent was there were hot y girls and i went alone was the only guy(apart from 3 other guys).There were in all 10 girls.And i was going with the hope that icould get cute with one of them.But to my horror the tables turned around.It was night time when these girls barged into my room.They sent out the other 3 guys.(they probably wanted me there cz im pretty muscular n strong)I was initially very excited.They had come to rag me thts wat they told me.They asked me to dance n give me my introduction.Initially it was fun.Then one of the girls asked me to show my body.I got nervous but neverthless showed them coz ihad a good body.But then they asked me to strip and show them my .I flatly refused.But they had made up their mind to humiliate and rag me cz i was the lone guy.I am very strong but ***** resist 10 of them now.They pulled my pants off And iwz runnin around in my undies.I was feeling so humiliated and shameful.I din want them to see me naked.But they just pulled me down held me in a position whr icudnt move.n slowly and steadily removed my underwear.It was so humliating.I had to do as they told me 2.Hence ihad to suffer s from allof them.My was ed,pinched slapped.had to dance naked and had my hair shaved.I had to go through all this cz only then would i get my clothes backk.They kept me like that for 3 days.all time..ragged me like hell.laughed at me and ridiculed me.the worse part is tht they have clicked photos and they saw my privates.I am back home now.But sometimes i run in to them and they embar me by making fun of my ..plzz help me.Dont make fun.i am totally humiliated now
