What does Louisiana law say about minors moving out?

I am 17 and I live in the state of LA and I wish to move out. The rumor is here the you can legally move out with parents permission at 17. I already know the laws of emancipation but i do not wish to be emacipated, I just want to move out. I've never seen any real proof of this 'moving out with parents permission' deal and would like to know the true law regarding this.I don't know where to look for the answer. Thank you in advance.
