Its a good idea for a song. Looks good so far. In case you didn't notice, the word "converse" also means to talk with someone. It fits in nicely with the theme so far. You might want to play with that meaning a little more. It gives new meaning to the line: "Your old converse, I never let them go." Not only did you keep the shoes, but also the things that you talked about. Two meanings for the price of one. Keep up the good work.
