Already have good bite but want jaw surgery for cosmetic reasons to alter profile?

My teeth aren't vertically aligned and the idea of breaking my jaw to align then frightens me enough to leave well enough alone. Everyone has an imperfection and if youre happy with your teeth I wouldn't go messing around with your bone structure.
