What would you do if your entire workplace bullied you?

I am isolated, work guidelines are changed daily so I do the most work for the least money, information is withheld from me, duties are unreasonable for me and applications for training or promotion are blocked. Don't say speak to my Supervisior because he is a huge part of the problem.
