My company is holding my salary of 2month and relieving me after giving resignation letter what should be done?

i am working in pvt ltd company IN BANGALORE (INDIA).the company did not provide me any appointment letter to me when i joined .I am working for last two and half year .march end 2010 i gave my resignation letter with one month notice which is accepted by M.D but not by his son vice president. and he is saying to work for one more month which i am not interested.what should i do go out of this company. how can i get my salary and PFF AMOUNT WHICH THEY HAVE NOT DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT.
