Looking for further information about visectomy reversal?

My husband had a visectomy done when he was with his x wife. We have been married almost two years and were ready for a family. We have done research on a reversal and they can be very price. We've heard of less expensive routes and no luck. Does anyone know were we can look for an inexpensive reversal? Thank you very much in advance. We live in Georgia.
