Is there a difference between wind turbines and windmills? If yes, which one? If no, explain further please!?

Wind turbines use their rotational energy to turn a turbine which makes electricity. A windmill uses that same rotational energy for other purposes like grinding (or "milling") grain to make flour or to pump water.
