I burned my hand on a chicken rotisserie at Fry's supermarket and now I have a scar should i sue?

If your intention is to protect children from the same injury, call the local health dept...or OSHA...they will go to the store and deal with the situation. Sorry...I think America has become too lawsuit happy, and it needs to stop.
