40 weeks + 3days pregnant, atomic fluid or because of thrush treatment?

im 40 weeks + 3 days pregnant and yesterday i had treatment for thrush ( pessary + cream). last night i went to sleep and woke up early this morning because i could feel fluid dripping out and had wet knickers. i went back to sleep and the same happened again. is this due to the treatment or could it be atomic fluid? anyone had the same?
