Will lack of ejaculation lead to prostate cancer when I grow older?

I am in my 20s and I am still single. I am fasting for Ramadan. I decided to abstain from masturbation and ejaculation for the whole month. Generally, I try to masturbate as little as possible, some 2-3 times a week because I know it is a sin in Islam. Today, I read an article which suggest that a man who rarely in his youth (20s) is more prone in having prostate cancer when he gets older. I am student and not working, brief I am not in a position in doing a nikkah to satisfy my ual needs nor I want to do a greater sin like having out of the wedlock. What should I do?
