What components make a stun/tazer gun?

All you would really need is a positive and negative wire on the handle so that if they touched it they would complete the circuit and get a jolt. I believe that anything over 3 amps will kill someone. Something like .3 amps and 10,000 volts would give someone a pretty good shock. You might want to consult a proffesional electrician on this one considering if im wrong someone could die.
